Our mission continues to be to provide the best care for you, our guest. Our commitment remains constant to provide nurturing, quality, highly skilled spa/salon services.

We continue to monitor all current and trustworthy sources, most notably local and state health departments and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), for all new viral viruses, as well as any COVID-19 updates. Your health and safety is of the utmost importance now and always.

Health and Wellness
We continue to ask our guests and employee partners to continually assess your health and wellness as you enter the spa, as we are taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of each spa guest and our employee partners is considered. Please assess your health and wellness to the best of your ability, and let us know if you are currently having or may have experienced any of the listed symptoms over the last fourteen (14) days:

Fever | Fatigue | Dry Cough | Difficulty Breathing | Sore Throat | Loss of Smell or Taste | Skin Rash/Open Wounds

We would be happy to reschedule your spa experience if you are currently experiencing
any of the above symptoms to a later time to ensure you can enjoy your spa service.

Our commitment is to provide “Flawless Service; Every Guest, Every Day.”  As part of this commitment, we are continuing to pay special attention to the everyday details which extend to the parts of our operations guests do not see.

The below is not intended to be all-inclusive, but to offer an overview of how we are
working to safeguard the health and wellbeing of its guests and employee partners.

  • Our Employee Partners have been trained to execute in a highly detailed disinfecting process for all treatment rooms, salon stations and all public locations. We provide ample time for our Employee Partners to properly disinfect and prepare the treatment room/space for the next guest.  Providing you a comfortable, nurturing and therapeutically beneficial service.

GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT


SpaWell Tucson is committed to providing all guests with a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment free from harassment and discrimination. We ask all guests to treat each other with respect
and refrain from behavior that could be considered harassing, discriminatory, or make others feel uncomfortable.

Examples of Prohibited Conduct Include:

  • Unwelcome or inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favors
  • Verbal harassment, such as unwelcome comments, jokes, slurs, or negative stereotyping
  • Visual displays of derogatory or offensive images, photography, cartoons, drawings, or gestures
  • Threatening or intimidating acts directed at another guest

Locker Room and Spa Amenities:

  • Photography or video recording is strictly prohibited
  • Guests should wear a towel or robe when walking to and from showers
  • Guests should not linger unnecessarily and will avoid conduct that has knowingly made others feel
  • uncomfortable
  • Guests should respect the personal space and privacy of others during treatments

Guests engaging in discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be asked to leave the spa immediately. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual violating these policies.

At SpaWell Tucson, we abide by all state and local regulations and policies that pertain to the use of locker rooms and bathrooms, including those related to gender identity. Guests may use the locker room
and bathroom that correspond to their gender identity. In areas where specific laws are in place, guests must adhere to the local regulations for the appropriate use of locker rooms and bathrooms and should
consult spa management with any questions about those laws.
