Ceremony Venues

Each of our beautiful outdoor ceremony sites will include a water station, theater style seating with white chairs, a skirted gift table and guest book table. Audio ceremony amplification can be provided at an additional charge.

A 30-day ceremony date confirmation is required when not accompanied by a reception.
A reserved indoor space for your ceremony is also held in the event of inclement weather.

Sunset Point (minimum 75 guests)

A three-tiered lush green with a romantic sunset view and the breathtaking backdrop of Pusch Ridge. This site provides seating for up to 600 guests.

Sundance Courtyard (minimum 30 guests)

Ceremony by waterfall with lush green courtyards bordered by blooming annuals.
This site provides seating for up to 400 guests.

Wedding Knoll ((minimum 30 guests)

Gently swaying palm trees and a breathtaking mountain view on beautifully manicured lawns. This site provides seating for up to 60 guests.

Country Club Wedding Ceremony Sites

The only place in Tucson where your nuptials can be performed on the golf course with
both Pusch Ridge and gorgeous sunset vistas. The Putting Green seats up to 120 guests (minimum of 50 guests.) and the “Fountain” seats up to 100 guests (minimum 50 guests)

Throughout the planning process, we will be attentive to your every need and listen to every concern. We will work closely with you to determine your tastes and preferences. Your rehearsal dinner will be a delightful evening for your wedding party and provide a glimpse of the spectacular wedding to follow. Your ceremony will symbolize the love that you hold for each other. Your reception will be romantic and elegant to all who attend.

All food and beverage must be provided by the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador Golf & Tennis Resort unless authorized by the Hotel’s Catering Department prior to your event. We would be delighted to personally tailor a menu to suit your specific needs.
To ensure the success of your event, it is important that we receive your confirmed attendance by 10:00 am, three business days prior to the event. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction. Charges will be based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
When asked to hold space, we send a letter of agreement reserving its date and time. We will hold your date on a tentative basis up to two weeks, at which time a signature and initial deposit of $1,000.00 will need to be returned to us.
Four weeks prior to your event, after having met with a catering manager to discuss the arrangements for your wedding, a banquet event order will be forwarded to you for your review and signature. We then ask for an additional 25% of the estimated balance due, with the remainder payable ten days prior to your event.
