Epazote kitchen & cocktails
Pronounced “e - puh – zó – tay”, Epazote Kitchen & Cocktails is the new dining concept at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador. Literally translated as “Mexican Tea,” Epazote is an herb prominently used in Southwestern cuisine to add a spicy yet earthy flavor somewhat reminiscent of fennel. Inspired by this flavor and the traditions of the Southwest, we hope you enjoy Chef Jonathan Kupper's unique menu.
Featuring locally sourced specialties such as Arizona grass fed beef, Southwest mountain trout, Arizona grown produce, and artisan cheeses, the menu at Epazote is sure to please even the most discriminating palates. Paired with a wide selection of tequilas, locally brewed beers and Arizona wines, the menu offers something for everyone.
With a patio overlooking the scenic Pusch Ridge, the views at Epazote are rivaled only by the cuisine. Enjoy a lively Social Hour Sunday-Thursday from 4-6pm with food and drink specials or indulge in the nightly dinner menu.
