Locally Inspired Innovative Southwestern Fare
Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur of Southwest cuisine, or a curious adventurer, you’ll be treated to a fresh, inspiring experience every time you walk through our doors. Enjoy a lively Social Hour Sunday-Thursday from 4-6pm with food and drink specials or indulge in the nightly dinner menu.
Inspiration. Epazote (pronounced “e – puh – zó – tay”) is an herb used prominently in Southwestern cuisine to add a spicy yet earthy flavor. While it may be one of the core ingredients that we utilize and the name we adopted, it is one of the many regional flavors we incorporated to create our unique dining experience.
Locally Sourced. Featuring ingredients cultivated by the finest local growers, ranchers, vintners and brewers, our menu features an array of original dishes such as Pan Seared Mountain Trout fished from the local mountains, and Mesquite Beef Short Ribs with Goat Milk Mashed Potatoes. These mouth-watering dishes are designed to be paired with some of the finest regional wines, original cocktails, locally brewed craft ales or the large selection of tequilas.
Dinning with a view. The regional infusion of the restaurant extends well beyond our menu and into our ambiance, design, & patio, which features breathtaking views of the 5,300 ft. cliffs of Pusch Ridge.
